We offer our services both on-demand and under a subscription agreement. For on-demand services we charge as and when service is rendered. Subscription based services require clients to pay monthly subscriptions. The subscription based service is split into two packages:
Premium package (K1,000/month) - up to 5 standard three bedroom houses

- 24hr access to customer care line
- Free monthly general inspection
- 5% discount on materials procured from our store
- Free service of upto K800
- Maximum response time of 3 hours
Standard package (K500/month) - up to 2 standard three bedroom houses
- Free fault assessment for for upto 2
- call-outs
- Free monthly general inspection
- 2.5% discount on materials procured
